Dr. Eleanor Miller

I am Dr. Eleanor Miller; I am a career coach for nurses and other health care practitioners. I have a PhD in Business Administration with a focus in Health Care Administration and over 30 years of experience in nursing and healthcare.

 

Previously, I worked as a hospital administrator where I hired, supervised and coached many nurses and other health care practitioners.

I am a highly motivated and an inspirational leader, with strong inter-personal, critical thinking and communication skills. I am very passionate about helping you.

 

 

My accomplishments include but are not limited to the following:

​

• A presenter of research findings at various Health Care Sector Conferences on a National and an International scale.

• I held a cross appointment with the University of Toronto where I provided annual student research evaluation in addition to Preceptoring and mentoring Nursing students.

• Recognized for starting a chemo council, a discharge planning committee and a patient education committee among other projects on the oncology unit.
